The Chicago Cubs bullpen has been inconsistent this season to say the least.
Last week my fellow Cubsessed Cub fan friend Jack and I had the opportunity to meet Carlos Zambrano at Club 400. We both said to him he should still be pitching in the big leagues. He said to us “Start a Petition”. So I did and here it is, Bring back “El Toro”! Go Cubs!
